For the Data, Talk & Text Fido PulseTM plans with the 1000 Long Distance Minutes to 8 selectred countries, can some please tell me where the list of the 8 selected countries are? Expanding 'Details' on the offer does not tell you. 'Full Details" doesn't tell you either.

My account number is *********. I have opted to use the 1000 Int'l minutes service.

 

My problem is that I do not get to see anywhere how many of these 1000 minutes I have consumed and I have left on a daily basis. Please giude where I can track usage of these 1000 minutes.

You can track the usage when you log in your profile on the Fido.ca website.

Hi Moderator,

 

No the website does not show the usage anywhere. I called customer care and they confirmed that there is no way I can view usage on a daily basis. Cust. care says I will always have to call them to check how many minutes I have consumed and how many are left.

It seems like a strange answer you were provided. I can see on my iphone and also on the website the acutal usage of all my cell phone serices. You just need to log in with your account number, look under Mobile, click on Serices and a three circle total shows up. There is a note that some info might be 3 day delayed and I bellieve use of the LD 1,000 minutes are includd on that caution.

Sorry I reversed the info. Log into MY ACCOUNT. Then under SERVICES, click on MOBILE to see the data you need.

Hi,

Can I use the 1000 Long Distance minutes at any time?  Is there any limitation like the Canada-wide weekday minutes (7am to 5pm)?

How come the US is not on the list?

It's never been included in that offer. It's only for select country.

Here is the list of countries for the long distance:

 

- Australia

- Bangladesh

- China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan)

- Germany

- India

- Italy

- Mexico

- UK

Just wondering if both mobile and land lines included for mentioned countries. Like UK land and mobile rates differ generally. I hope land/mobile both included for each country. Please confirm!

The 1000 International Long Distance minutes can actually be used for calling cellphone numbers and/or home residential numbers! 

 

No restrictions there Smiley

I got no business in those countries so let me trade those minutes for an extra gig of data

is there anyway that we can chose the country say like UAE(united arab emirates)

With this plan, UAE is not on the list!
