$10 Talk and Text plan charges

Good afternoon,

We are wondering how come we got charges for $2.70 from the 4 calls we made from the last few days?

We are supposed to be on the $10 Talk & Text plan already.  Not sure why we got charges separately extra from our monthly plan?

Our $10 Prepaid plan would include limited coverage for usage. Once your usage buckets are depleted, you would be subject to pay per use fees.
