i have registered your home internet promo to get the Fido $150 Prepaid mastercard on the last week of November 2020. It's been 2 monthes now and I still have not received any email to register for the promo.

I'm in the same situation and have now spoke to an agent and was told someone would be contacting me...and still nothing.
then i posted on another discussion and no response there either. This is getting to be incredibly frustrating.
