Hello
A rogers tech was outside working on the box by the street for some reason today and now my upstream signal is very poor and no longer channel bonding. Downstream is bonding and ok (albeit speeds are only about 100mbits when normally about 300). Upstream speedtest comes in at 1mbit.
I'm finding it incredibly difficult to get any help from Fido tech support. I need help as we work from home and the internet is now basically unusable. Here are the Hitron Modem CGN3AMF signal stats:
