I have joined Fido since last two month and before joined I have been told that my bill will be around $35 but for the previous month it was around $50 and it just accepted because they told me that the billing cycle and your joining date is different so I have to pay that difference.
but for this month the bill is still the same and even though hard to reach customer care; they are only playing a different song.

Some credits do take up to 3 billing cycles to apply. That said, can you tell us a little bit about the package you signed up?
It's also good to know that if it is your first bill, it will have a prorated charge too. Could it be your first bill?
