Poor customer service

I would like to escalate an issue regarding incorrect charges on my internet bills. To add to that, it took nearly THREE HOURS to correct an issue that should have taken less than 30 minutes. If live chat is unable to address these concerns efficiently, what's the point of offering online assistance?

I have similar trouble with Live chat.They are good to pass the ball to pre-paid accounts Dept.

I think they are hopeless as an Organisation.Would not refer any friend to join Fido.
