4 Nov 2021 what I cannot understand with your Chat Line is that they can only help out clients with postpaid accounts. What more effort do they have to make to deal with pre-paid clients account?

I have similar trouble with Live chat.They are good to pass the ball to pre-paid accounts Dept.I think they are hopeless as an Organisation.Would not refer any friend to join Fido.
I have made a complaint on the survey report re: online bank payment that one payment on the 1st Nov & another payment on the 04 Nov,2021 not recorded to the credit of the respective .accounts. To-day is 09Nov2021
