Not able to connect to internet.

Its 1 month that i have used FIDO broadband.

Everything was working fine until today.

The @ Internet button is not blinking green.

1. I have disconnected the coax cable/power cable/reset modem for 10 seconds.

Nothing is bringing up the @ signal and am not able to connect to internet.

Have requested to reset the modem from FIDO as well if there is network outages.

Any reason and whome can i contact for the same.

5 days without internet.

Technician is scheduled to come today.

This is my 1st month with Fido broadband
