Hi Fido,
It seems my neighbors who live close by their Fido is back again.
But mine is still not in working with these light turned on the modem.
1. Constant @ Green light (meaning the Fido is recognizing my modem)
2. Constant White (light Cyan color) lights turned on for Up and Down Streams
3. 2.4 and 5 Ghz Green light flashing
I tried power off and on (30 seconds rule) not working.
Factory reset the Model did not work.
The internet is down since Friday, can Fido help while waiting 3 + hours of some technical support & Live chat...
I am only using the modem to connect to internet, no other routers attched... How come it was working prior to this outage, and not working all of a sudden ?
FYI. I am using work phones (Rogers) Hot spot to write this.
Please help.
