I am experiencing multiple connection drops on a daily basis. Some are brief, lasting seconds, others last minutes, and some require me to recycle power to the modem.
This is very annoying. How can it be fixed?

Hello @Alex-O,
It would be best to contact Fido's internet technical department (1-888-236-FIDO (3436)) and they can help you troubleshoot the modem to see if you require a new modem.
