our fido internet is very slow and hang up all the time, and now totally gone no signal at all is there a possibility to get it fixed ASAP or im changing my provider its really annoying郎

Still haven't received amazon gift card 09/20

I signed up back in aug or sept and still haven't received my gift card. I've chatted several times and called twice and each time the answer if just wait longer. The agreement was that this was a sign up bonus after I think 30 or 45 days of service....
