Getting only 8Mbps speed, but signed up for 150Mbps

Connection is very slow. Often i get only around 8Mbps of Speed but i have signed up for 150Mbps. Whatsapp call doesnot work at any time. Not able to contact any Fido customer care too. waiting period is too long more than a hour at any time. please ...

No internet connection on my new Fido modem

I just got my new Fido modem connected everything updated my account online but only the power light , 2.4g light and a blinking home light with an arrow. I have tried rebooting it several times but it's just not connecting to internet

Internet is not working

Its new years eve and my internet is not working you cant even get ahold because its past business hours was told theres an outage in my stea but nothing says there is and we are still out 4 hours later im about to snap
