I'm not sure whether it's possible to place home internet services on a temporary suspension. However, if it is possible, you would need to contact customer service to request the suspension. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above. That said, since your services are home internet, you might need to contact the internet account support.
