Hello, I just called in to Fido to order a new Home Internet service, on the call it was confirmed the Modem will be shipped to our billing address.
But when I check the order status under My Account it says, Fulfillment Type = Pick Up at Store.
Can you please clarify?

I called in to Fido and placed the order over the phone. The agent told me that it will be shipped to us today or tomorrow.
