Is Fido Amazon Gift Card Promo a Scam?

I signed up for Fido internet in September with a promise of a $150 Amazon gift card after a month.  Still no gift card.  I've seen so many posts about similar experiences.  Is this promo a scam from Fido?

Update.  Just got the email from Hello World Solutions with link to gift card code, which you redeem on Amazon.

I am also wondering about this. I activated around the same time, and I've spoken to two agents about it. Nothing yet. So frustrating. If it is a spam, I'm ready to leave Fido over it. It sounds silly, but honestly its really messed up to lie to people about this.

Who build this email? The domain name is really like scam E-mail.
