I applied for an automatic transfer to the bank when I opened the Internet. I have the contract in question. A few days after signing up, I checked that the Internet payment information was not set on the Fido site. So I set up an automatic bank transfer myself. After that, I checked that there was a late fee of about 1 dollar because the fee was not withdrawn, and the late fee was exempted due to a fido mistake. And I manually paid the Fido Internet fee at the bank yesterday, January 28th. It appears that the fido Internet fee has not been processed despite the payment. What happened?

You should note that it can take a number of days for payments at financial institutions to be received by Fido (see here).
