Hello, I receive a IP conflict message repeatedly, when I try to login to the modem to find the devices which conflict I get the wrong password message. even I factory rest the modem but no chance yet.
Please advise.

Hey @vahabm!
That's definitely a bit of an odd situation, if you reset the modem then all passwords should also reset. The default is
Username: csuadmin
Password: password
Have you tried that?

This definitely does not work. Did reset 2 times and still the Username & password Fido Nick gave does not work.
