I really want to bring this to Fido CEO attention that the home internet is disconnecting so badly. We have been noticing lot of internet issues for last 3-4 days which is impacting our office work. On Friday it was down for whole day without any prior notice. It has been going down since then. Today morning (first day of working week) it started to disconnect which impacted again our office work. I really request someone to investigate this ASAP. I need to understand what's going on. When called tech support they couldn't give appropriate answer.
The best people to help with this would really be our tech support team. When you called them, what did they say? Did they offer any solutions or suggest replacing the modem or sending a tech?
