My home internet stopped working at about 8pm today. Tried resetting the modem and replugging several times. I have been on hold for over 2 hours on the phone. Using my phone data to try to get live agent on chat now but I have to wait there too.
Thanks a lot Fido for compromising my work and education. I switched from Bell thinking Fido would have better connection. I will never recommend Fido to anyone. At least Bell customer service never made me wait over 2 hours
