Moved into a new place, and have been trying to get my internet hooked up since I did move in which is going onto 2 weeks now. Everytime I call to have my services installed, I'm put on hold 4-5 times and when they say they sent out technical support I don't get ANY calls even though I was TOLD they would call 30 mins before, absolutely no calls. With 3 separate technicians being "sent out", CLEARLY someone's not doing their job. This is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. With being told the same thing every single time. With no services being worked on,

Oh no, it definitely  should not take this long to have your internet set up. Has this been sorted out? Please reach us via these channels to get support.
