Moved into a new place, and have been trying to get my internet hooked up since I did move in which is going onto 2 weeks now. Everytime I call to have my services installed, I'm put on hold 4-5 times and when they say they sent out technical support I don't get ANY calls even though I was TOLD they would call 30 mins before, absolutely no calls. With 3 separate technicians being "sent out", CLEARLY someone's not doing their job. This is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. With being told the same thing every single time.
