Connecting internet takes too long

Hi, 

I am using Fido 60 and I think connecting internet takes too long(longer than 2min) after I log in my computer 

even though I am using wired(Lan) connection.

Is it something wrong or Is there anyway to make it fast?

Just confirm, is your internet connection always slow to authenticate when your computer is loading? What happens if you unplug the cable connecting your computer to the modem and plug it in again, does it still take 2 minutes for the connection to be enabled?

I tried unplug the cable connecting my computer to the modem and plug it in again, but no changes.

It could be related to the modem itself, the best option is to contact tech support so they can investigate further
