Coax socket's been cut

So I applied for Home Internet yesterday, got my modem the same day and it turns out the coax socket I was going to use has been cut. I don't have access to any more sockets that are available, what are my options now? Can I ask a technician to come in to run a cable for me? Will I be charged anything for this? Thanks.

If you are unable to run the cable yourself and require a technician to come out then you will be charged $49.99 for the visit.

Unfortunately it's been cut way past what I can try and fix on my own.
