Resolved! Frustrated

This is crazy. Everything was good until you connected with Roger's. This is so frustrating. I haven't had internet for over 11 1/2 hours. It's not right

I cancelled my Fido Internet two weeks ago and was advised that I would recieve an email to return the modem. So far I haven't received any emails. Tried callinf FIDO but gets swiched to different departments.Any help??

Cancelled Voice and Data plan.

I changed voice and data provider on Nov. 23, 2023. Coincidently, my visa was charged the usual monthly fee. It seems, my Fido account was terminated immediately and I cannot get a copy of my invoice.I suspect I am due a credit. Will Fido, credit ...
