My Fido internet stopped working today. The internet bar says I'm connected however I can't get online. At the same time, a window pops up requiring me to log into to Hitron with a username and password.
I was worried I was hacked, but checked the modem and this is the manufacturer's name.
I tried logging in with my internet name and password and it says 'wrong username'.

Try using the default login located on the modem I believe the user is cusadmin and password is password.
If that password does not work try using the password you set for your WiFi.
I can not access my router login page, I'm entering the correct IP address (I've double checked via "ipconfig" to be sure) but the browser (Edge, Chrome) just say "site can not be reached". I has worked once a couple weeks ago, and ONLY once.
I'm trying to login to forward some ports.
