Connection is very slow. Often i get only around 8Mbps of Speed but i have signed up for 150Mbps. Whatsapp call doesnot work at any time. Not able to contact any Fido customer care too. waiting period is too long more than a hour at any time. please do the needful. Thanks!
When doing the speed test you should do it with your computer connected to the modem's ethernet port.
If the line that the modem is connected to has a splitter try removing it, if it doesn't have one and if you have access to a splitter try putting one on the line I've actually seen instances where the signal is too high and you need a filter on the line before the modem.
