Contact Office of the president to get issue resolve

I signed up for the internet service with Fido and was promised the promotion $150 gift card. But I never receive the gift card. I contacted customer service 5 times (Oct 2, 2020; Nov 7, 2020, Nov 23, 2020, Dec 1, 2020, Dec 23, 2020). And the answer is my ticket is escalated and nothing has been solved. 

And the waiting time is already 3 months.


I would like to ask how can I contact someone in the office who has enough power to address my problem?
