On Jan this year, Fido customer called me they would not offer home internet in the futher and let me transfer to Rogers, and I did, then they told me that Fido would close my home internet account quickly, but it's May now, the account is still open and send me bill, and on the last month, I received a collection letter from Fido that I owe them bill around $274 and if i didn't pay it, they will sent my account to collection agency, I called Fido collection department mang times and each time they told me they will solve the problem quickly, but nothing happen!

BTW, I am so tired after many times calling with fido customer, I really don't konw how to solve the problem now and If they sent my account to collection agency how should I do? Tech issue can not be the excuse for your mistake and you did nothing for solving my problem and i am very very disappointed for fido now

no help anymore, credit department transfer me to bill department and bill department transfer me to credit department, I called them many times and just let me wait, and noting change! And fido will send my account to 3rd party collection agency and let my credit score down!!!!

Same here,i order a divice online and didnt recieve it and yet theyve start charging me the new phone without getting it..they keep telling me theyre not going to charge me and they going to help me resolve the problem and yet nothing happen..
