Cancel Home internet

I have been calling the customer care numbers in hope to speak to an agent but was not able to. The menu options do not take me to cancel my account.

  Sorry to hear you haven't yet been able to speak with an agent. However, you really would need to contact customer service to cancel your services. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
