New Internet Customer

Hi guys,

I just joined the Fido home internet plan 2 days ago for my new house. The sales rep told us it would take up to 48hours for the activation, however it's already been 48 hours and so far it doesnt look like the house has internet yet. I am not at the house, however I do not see any information on home internet usage from my Fido app or my brower Fido account. I tried to use AskJack and the automation mentioned that I do not have internet setup with my account. 

 

Any advice?

Problem solved!

It turns out that there was a system glitch on Fido's end that prevented my account from being activated with home internet. I went back to the Fido that I signed up at and they were able to resolve it with head office. All good now!
