Hi, I want to cancel my subscription for Home Internet since I had moved to India permanently. I had called Fido last month to cancel my subscription, however, I haven't received any return package for instructions to return the modem at my apartment(my friend is living there still). Also, I had not received any emails confirming my account is cancelled. I had requested my account to be cancelled from 14th June onwards. I cannot call customer service from India, and I am not sure how to contact Fido otherwise to confirm if my account is cancelled.
Please look into this and let me know if my account is cancelled and if not please cancel it. I do not want to pay extra for the modem. So, let me know the next steps please ASAP so that I can avoid extra payment for the modem.
