My Ping and packet loss are really bad. It makes any type of gaming impossible. The first report shows to EA games, the second one, as a reference shows it to www.fido.ca to show that it is not the gaming server. It has been like that a few weeks now.
Any suggestions?

That's definitely odd and many factors can be at play. Have you restarted the modem and tested again?

Tech guy came same day as trouble call! Impressed by that.
He changed connectors but things didn't improve. He eventually changed the modem and now I'm good to go!
Impressed by same day tech visit for sure.
