Changed last week to Fido and now Netflix is reloading/buffering all the time in my smart TV. Anyway of getting this fixed?

Based on what you explained, it might be something concerning the speed of your internet.We have a blog on the Community that lets you know how to do a speed test here.
There's even a little video that let's you know what to do.
