Change definition of "Community" contest

My suggestion is actually about this contest. When I first read the ad for this contest on Facebook, it said "Tell is what you would change about the Community."I thought this meant my community I live in or a broader community, not an online forum. ...

Excellent Resource

Love the concept of the Community Feedback Zone, lots of great resources. My one suggestion would be to see if it's possible to combine the Community with the FIDO APP.

More efficiency

If you could add an option to find all the plans in the application that would have been great. You could use live assistance as well to help people solve their problems instantly.

Better FAQ section might be nice

I see a lot of repetition when it comes to technical questions. Perhaps a good FAQ section with answers to the most commonly asked questions about hardware or software would be awesome and save people time waiting for answers to pretty basic inquirie...
