I've been a Fido customer for 5 months now and I have to say that i'm very imprerssed with the company in general. My favorite tool is the Fido Community Forums. I have used the forums to ask questions and I got very good answers. I find the forum is also a good way to inform Fido of any issues and I have also goten some support.
I wanted to also mention that you can also reach Fido over FaceBook Messanger if you having any issues with your service or have questions. This can take some time to get a response depending how busy they are. The forum is a faster option based on my experience.
I think every cellphone carier should have a tool like Fidos forums.
