19 year customer

I get the Telecom industry, but the best thing that Fido did over the last 19 years was, when purchased by Rogers, was to remain independent. There is a quality of service, and an err of personality that comes with dealing with Fido that you don't get with Rogers. Don't change that. One last point: amalgamate your home internet and cellular bills for customers who have both and want one bill! In that area, Rogers has one up on you :-). Luv ya!
