I think you should start publishing stories of Fido customers who have received great customer service and how it has affected them and their loyalty to Fido, let's block out the negativity by publishing the positives. If i read negativity i just scroll on but feel good stories would keep me coming back and it would also be a place where great employees that Fido has would get some positive recognition #LoveFidoForever
