Hi, please don't do anything for us, i received a bill today for Long distance call to Iran (with 011), $2.50 per minute (not including tax), if website shoes its calculated from $0.20 - 0.35 per min.
because fido suspended my account two times this week and said you go above your credit, and we cannot waive it now, and you cannot talk with Iran anymore. Its a terrible service.
I'm charged $1317.5 and I received 2 text messages categorized as spam in my messages that my credit exceeded the limit!!! But since it was in my spam I didn't see them. I checked it after a few days of calling Iran and I have a $1317.5 balance. Would you please tell me how can I ask Fido to make it zero!!! It's too stressful!
My account was suspended during the past week and they told me that I have exceeded my credit limit. Every time I make a call to Iran I am so stressed because of my bill and credit limit. If it is supposed to be a free service, why you bother customers in such way?
