My account app is not saving my credentials

my device is not saving my credentials  (username + password) even if I choose ( Remember Username)

I have already restore my device to factory settings and reinstall the app again but still I am facing the same issue.

I am using samsung A20s

Welcome to the community!

The latest update which is version 4.7 should fix that issue, if you have the 4.7 update and still experiencing the problem try uninstalling the app then reinstalling it. 

If you did not get the update as yet you should get it soon.

Can you please send me the link from google play for the app?

When I am checking the on google play it showing this version : 4.6.3.5  which I am already having right  now on my device.

Updates are rolled out over the course of the week, if you still have the older version it's normal. Version 4.7 will be pushed to your device in the coming days.
