Fido XTRA – Lucky Jack Contest!

When I log into the app to redeem the XTRA, it tells me I have to download the newest version. There’s no update available in the App Store. I even deleted and downloaded again to be sure, and it’s still saying I need to update to the latest app version in order to participate.

How did you access the Fido XTRA offer? Was it through Messages?

If that's the case, you would need to access it by selecting the Usage tab - Perks every Thursday. Try that out and let us know if that worked.

Can you also tell us what phone you're using and the OS version?

The game has not worked yet for me. I've deleted and reloaded the app with no change.

Hey everyone, 

We’re working to resolve the scratcher animation issue as soon as possible. Contest entries for the Grand Prize are still being captured correctly. Instant winners can access their prize from their history tab.

Yes I was opening the perks from messages. And  that worked, thanks! I’m using iPhone XR iOS version 13.2.2.
