That's odd, if you have a Pulse Plan, you should be able to use Data Bytes (10GBs are usually offered on Pulse Plans).

 

Is this the first time you've had this situation?

 

Can you please tell me if you have the latest version of the application?

 

Sometimes deleting/reinstalling the app can fix this. Have you tried that?
