Hi, i got a phone upgrade along with a new plan and im trying to deactivate/cancel my old plan. Is there any other way to do that besides 611? 
Unfortunately the phone that i had broke which was still on plan, and i tried getting another one thru amazon. It works, i can send messages and make calls but cant receive any calls/text for some reason.. anyhow i want to know how much would it cost...
I was checking my bills and the name "ROGERS 888-764-3771 ON" charged me 118.19 on my credit card last week July 27, 2019 but I don't know why. I didn't buy anything. No pre authorized payments
