Unfortunately the phone that i had broke which was still on plan, and i tried getting another one thru amazon. It works, i can send messages and make calls but cant receive any calls/text for some reason.. anyhow i want to know how much would it cost me to Buy Out my plan, i still have till six months on my contract

Sorry about the phone, I sure get how unpleasant that must have been. Did you verify if your new phone was compatible with all of our services?

 

As for the buyout fee, you can find it both on the application and your Fido.ca account. Simply click on the number and under My Device you will see when you're eligible for the next upgrade and the remaining device subsidy.
