I am on a monthly plan and added on enhanced messaging with call display today and it doesn't work when I press the "1" key. And when I call Fido all I get are prepaid options on the menu. I do not have a prepaid account and this confuses me. What's going on? Did the associate accidentally switch my plan to a prepaid one? Is there computer trouble at Fido?

It sounds like it would be best if you contact Fido Live Chat through fido.ca and then go to the my account section to speak with a representative.
