As @Original_Lucy mentioned, there are multiple ways to pay your Fido bill.
When it comes to a down payment on a phone purchase online however, only credit cards are currently accepted.
We do have quite a few options of devices at $0 down though, so you wouldn't need to make any payment at the time of the purchase.

Hi there @pootchay , I am not 100% sure about whether or not you can use direct pa from your bank when purchasing a device. I did find This and it appears that you can pay through auto payments from your bank. I am by no means an authority on this, so I recommend checking with Fido customer service by dialing 611 from your device, or a dm to fidosolutions on Twitter, or one of the other ways listed Here
