I upgraded my phone for a Iphone X on the 24th of November and i was supposed to receive a follow up email with a tracking number once shipped and i haven’t receive any new yet.
I place the order from the app and i received a email to tell me they were processing my upgrade. On my account my new plan and my new phone balance has been updated been i have not received anything since.
