Not sure what's happening. My iPhone XR (iOS 14.1) just has no signal.
- Swap the Fido SIM with a Public Mobile SIM and the phone shows full signal
- Tested the Fido SIM on another phone (iPhone 7) and it works perfectly
It means both phone and SIM are working on different devices but (Fido SIM + iPhone XR) is not working.
Can someone explain?

I have a few questions:
-Is the SIM card compatible with your device?
-Have you turned airplane mode off and on?
-Have you tried resetting your network settings?

Thanks. I did all the resets and retests. The phone didn't work with another SIM. Fido just exchanged a new one and it works perfectly.
