iPhone X screen issues

Hi! I recently purchased an iPhone X thru Fido,  and I am experiencing a lot of issues with my screen! It gets very jittery when I touch it, changes screens on its own, and if I try to text, a multitude of letters all come up, and when I try to erase them it keeps repeating them forward! Anyone else having any issues like this? I am actually typing this through speak n text, because I  I am not able to  text on the screen.

That's definitely odd. Have you tried to restore your phone to see if that helps? If it's an issue with the software it should do the trick.
