As long as your phone is unlocked, you just need to make sure that it supports our network frequencies. Our network uses GSM, UMTS, HSPA and HSPA+ at 850 MHz and 1900 MHz. If that's the case, your device is compatible.
On a side note, I just wanted to add that we are only able to guarantee that our services will work on devices purchased directly from Fido.
Regarding your second request, we currently have such offers, but they are based on your location. Secondly, the data bonuses are offered on new activations and on device upgrades only. Are you interested in either?
