Thank-You, Sorry I was short tempered in my responds to your informing no access to battery. So dumb that their is no access to the battery. My issue is that I am locked out and need to either disconect & reconect the battery or completly drain it and re-charge it before Tec support can help me. It's hard to drain the battery when I can't use it ? had just fully charged it prior to the lock down ! The worst part is I had only recieved it from Fido that day !!
