Apologies, I do not fully understand your question. Do you already have services with Fido? If so, you should be able to locate your phone number on your phone. On the other hand, are you looking for a Fido contact number? Are you a Fido employee?

With regards to comparing prices for that particular device, you should ensure you are comparing similar financing offers. For example, some of the other providers offer devices using a lease-type contract. That is, customers are required to either pay-out the remaining balance for the device or return the device at the end of the contract. On the surface, those offers can appear much better, however, the total cost of owning the device would be rather similar.
On the other hand, Fido's Payment Program finances the cost of the device over 24 months. There is no additional balance at the end of the contract to pay back. For some devices, Fido may offer monthly credits to offset the cost of those devices.

It should also be noted that there may be other financing options (ie Tab). Generally, if you do the math, the total cost of the devices would be rather similar through the different providers.
Is it possible the much better offers you note are merely different financing options?
