I can't dial 905 numbers on my land line

LAND LINE PROBLEM I CAN'T DILE 905 NUBERS (BLOCKED) ON MY LAND LINE. PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED YET IN OVER A  1 MONTH OLD NO ONE  CAN HELP AT FIDO CUSTOMER SERVICE ,WHY? IS IN'T THAT YOUR JOB.I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER OR SOMEONE COMPETENT WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY DOING.
